Tech support instructions

During the closure if you need tech support follow these following instructions.

 

First, you need to create a ticket.  You may create a ticket at this website fms.incidentiq.com.  

On the ticket please provide as detailed information as possible about the problem you are having.  In the ticket please provide an email address or phone number where we can contact you at.

Once a ticket has been created you may bring your laptop down to Central office between the hours of 1pm and 4pm Monday through Thursday.  This may change depending on the situation with the current Epidemic we are experience.  Those changes will be posted on the district website.
